- Padel court reservations
- Sports equipment rental services
- Sale of physical goods, if any
3. Formation of the Agreement
When the BUYER completes a reservation or purchase through the site, they declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force at the moment of electronic confirmation.
4. Service and Price Information
The type, duration, price, and any additional fees of the services offered are clearly stated at the order/reservation stage. The BUYER completes the transaction by confirming this information.
5. Payment
The reservation is not finalized until the payment process is completed.
6. Performance of the Service
The following terms apply to the performance of the reserved services:
- Court reservations are provided during the date and time selected by the BUYER
- The BUYER must be present at the reserved time
- The SELLER is not responsible for any loss of time resulting from delays
7. Obligations of the Parties

- The BUYER agrees to comply with facility rules and use the service for its intended purpose
8. Force Majeure
The SELLER cannot be held responsible in situations beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, power outages, system failures, and weather conditions. In such cases, the reservation may be postponed to a suitable date.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The BUYER's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service and is stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. Entry into Force
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement once they complete a transaction on montepadelcyprus.com.
