At Monte Padel Cyprus, we prioritize transparency and user satisfaction in our booking processes. Below you can find the details of our cancellation and refund policy.
1. General Conditions
Please consider the following general conditions regarding your bookings:
- Bookings are confirmed after payment is completed
- Cancellation and changes are subject to the conditions below
2. Cancellation and Change Policy
The following rules apply to booking cancellations and changes:
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation cannot be processed
- Change requests are evaluated subject to availability
3. Service-Based Application
Different cancellation rules may apply depending on the service type:
- Padel court: Standard cancellation policy applies
- Padel lessons: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No-show will be charged in full
- Massage services: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
4. Refund Policy
Refund conditions for cancelled bookings are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, etc.), Monte Padel Cyprus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, users will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
